StayLink collects the information you provide when creating an account (name, email, hotel details) and usage data such as portal views and QR scans, used solely to provide and improve the service.

We use your data to operate your guest portals, process subscriptions, send service notifications and provide support. We never sell your personal data.

1. Acceptance
By creating a StayLink account you agree to these terms. If you are using StayLink on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel anytime from the billing page.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful or infringing content
- No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
4. Content ownership
You own the content you upload. You grant StayLink a licence to host and display it as part of delivering your portals.
5. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

We take the security of your data seriously and follow industry best practices across our infrastructure.
Encryption
All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS. Data is encrypted at rest.

Reliability

Data Processing
StayLink acts as a data processor for guest portal content and a data controller for account data, in line with the EU GDPR.

Sub-processors
We use vetted providers for hosting, email and payments, each bound by data-processing agreements.
